Register with your personal details so we can identify and contact you throughout the process.
2. Fill Out Application
Provide your business information — name, type, address, capitalization, and business activity.
3. Upload Requirements
Attach scanned copies of DTI/SEC registration, barangay clearance, lease contract, and other documents.
4. Departmental Review
Your application is reviewed by BPLO, BFP (fire safety), Zoning, Sanitary, and other offices.
5. Pay Fees Online
Once approved, pay your business permit fees via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, or over-the-counter.
6. Receive Your Permit
Download your e-Permit digitally, or pick up the physical copy at the BPLO window, City Hall.
What to Prepare
Have these documents ready before you start
1. DTI / SEC / CDA Certificate of Registration
2. Barangay Business Clearance
3. Lease Contract or Land Title (proof of address)
4. Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
5. Valid Government-issued ID
6. Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) — will be processed
